These ones are going to have the tabs at the top of the dividers, which I made using laminated sheets and sticker tabs. I use my @makeidofficial label maker to make the labels. I have a YouTube video showing how I make clear dividers with side tabs. For top and bottom tabs, the idea is the same, but if using these sticker tabs, you just need to trim it to fit 4 top and bottom tabs.
